Aitazaz Niazi brings a unique blend of engineering expertise and hands-on automotive experience to every vehicle that comes through the shop. A Chemical Engineer by education and a BMW Certified Service Engineer trained by German engineers in the UAE, he combines deep technical knowledge with the practical skills gained from working at major automotive chains.
Aitazaz is present at the shop every day, giving each customer his undivided attention. He takes the time to explain every issue in detail, ensuring you understand exactly what your vehicle needs — and what it doesn't. His wife also works alongside him at the shop, making Auto ProCare a true family business.

Our History
The shop at 129 W Irving Park Rd has been serving Wood Dale drivers since 1993, originally operating as “Rich's Wood Dale” (also known as “Rich's Tire Center”). Under the current ownership of Aitazaz Niazi, the business was rebranded as Auto ProCare LLC and has grown into a trusted name for both tire sales and full-service auto care.
Today, Auto ProCare serves customers from Wood Dale, Bensenville, Elmhurst, Addison, Elk Grove Village, and the greater DuPage County area. We specialize in alignments, brakes, tires, steering & suspension, and accessories — with particular expertise in BMW vehicles.
